Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Biomarker Analyst to join our team at Randstad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and validation of digital biomarker algorithms using time-series analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists and clinical managers to design and implement sensor data processing pipelines.
- Contribute to the analysis and documentation of data from various sources to facilitate business insights.
- Participate in the development of work packages and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain and improve sensor data processing pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Assist in the analysis and validation of digital biomarker evidence.
Requirements:
- Masters in Biomedical Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in time-series analysis, preferably applied to IMU data from wearables or smartphones.
- Proficient in Python and statistical methods, including ICC, Bland-Altmann plots, and linear mixed models.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to discuss with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and disease/clinical trial knowledge is a plus.
