About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our team in Morges. This role involves overseeing the entire warehouse operation, including inventory management, stock control, and shipping logistics. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving orientation.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Packing and Shipping: Ensuring accurate packing and shipping of products, including weighing merchandise and selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of all merchandise received and distributed, and resolving any discrepancies or issues with suppliers or distributors.
  • Stock Control: Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse, and ensuring that all stock is properly labeled and organized.
  • Fleet Management: Managing the use of forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise accordingly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma: From a technical school or equivalent, preferably with an electrical or electronic orientation.
  • Logistics Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and shipping logistics.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in French, English, and Italian (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
