Company Overview

Our client, a multinational company headquartered in Fribourg, is looking for an Associate Project Manager to oversee the implementation of their SAGE X3 ERP system.

This role involves active participation in all phases of the project, covering the Finance, Sales, Stocks, and Purchase modules. The successful candidate will be based in Fribourg, Switzerland, with approximately 30 days of travel per year expected.

Job Description

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, treating customer requests, implementing tests, parameters, and deployment on sites, as well as providing continuous support and training to end-users both on-site and remotely.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in IT or equivalent, with at least 3 years' experience as a functional ERP analyst in Sage X3.
  • Rigorous, autonomous with a spirit of analysis and synthesis and excellent relational skills.
  • Strong understanding of ERP system architecture and ability to work with technical teams to adapt technology to the specific needs of the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, essential for the training and support of financial users as well as coordination with internal teams and contracting parties.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
