The RoleAs a Regulatory Affairs Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising our executive teams and stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters related to banking and financial services, institutional crypto asset markets, and tokenization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our products and services comply with Swiss and EU regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on Swiss and EU regulatory law to support business growth and expansion.
- Supporting the development of operating models and policy frameworks for our regulated entities to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements.
- Drafting and managing license applications to facilitate international growth.
- Partnering with the Product Team to design and roll out market-leading, regulatory-compliant products and services.
- Collaborating with external counsel as needed, including managing legal spend and invoices.
- Supporting the training and development of junior lawyers and paralegals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Swiss or EU qualification as a lawyer, solicitor, or barrister in a common law jurisdiction.
- Post-qualification experience in-house or at a law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services regulation, including Swiss Banking Act, FinSA, FIDLEG, AMLA, 5AMLD, MiFID II, CRR, CRD, PSD II, or MiCA.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and effective written and oral communication.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
