Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the personnel and technical management of a PLM Product Services Team and a Sales and Services Team.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive requirements engineering, process, project, and portfolio management.
  3. Develop and implement the IT strategy, defining technical requirements, skills, and security standards.
  4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to design an optimal service portfolio for global subsidiaries.
  5. Evaluate new technologies, applications, and partners, considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks.
  6. Plan and execute complex IT-related projects in an international setting.

Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years of management experience in IT environments.
  2. Extensive experience in IT requirements and process development, preferably in SAP application landscapes.
  3. Strong experience in project management, ideally in Agile environments.
  4. Expertise in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), requirements engineering, verification, validation, DevOps, and CSV.
  5. Ability to translate business requirements into IT strategies.
  6. Experience in leading multiple teams and team leaders in large companies.

Your Profile:

  1. Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  2. Further education in Business Administration or similar is an asset.
  3. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
