Account-based Marketing Manager, Customer Growth

Nexthink is seeking a seasoned Account-Based Marketing Manager, Customer Growth to drive customer expansion and growth through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in deploying 1:1 and 1:few marketing strategies to engage new personas and generate cross-sell opportunities within key customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating with sales and customer success teams to analyze customer data and uncover cross-sell opportunities. You will formulate strategic cross-sell plans and offerings based on specific account needs and determine the quickest route to introduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Planning: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to analyze customer data and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Design and manage personalized marketing campaigns that leverage various channels to engage targeted accounts effectively.
- Persona Development: Define key cross-sell personas, understand their needs and pain points, and determine how Nexthink solutions can address them.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of customer ABM initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Field Marketing, ABM, and/or campaign/program marketing experience in B2B, and IT/Tech space.
- Proven success driving marketing activities for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies.
- Experience with the creation, execution, and measurement/optimization of marketing campaigns that drive customer expansion and growth.
- Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, execution, and reporting.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and ABM tools.
- Proactive in addressing challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and proven track record in solving complex problems.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, be highly organized, demonstrate consistent success, and have a 'test and learn' mentality.
- Professional level of written and spoken English and German/French languages.
