Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team in Zurich as a Security Specialist: Backoffice Alarm Center. This is a full-time position with a 60-80% workload.
About the Role
As a Security Specialist: Backoffice Alarm Center, you will be responsible for providing security services in a 24/7 shift operation. Your duties will include:
- Implementing and executing the security concept in your assigned area
- Monitoring and responding to incidents, and forwarding reports to relevant authorities
- Leading daily journals and other reporting tasks
- Operating various surveillance and control systems
- Monitoring access and issuing necessary access permissions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A technical or commercial education
- Experience in the alarm and surveillance center field
- Excellent teamwork and time management skills, with a high level of security awareness
- The ability to make independent decisions and provide assistance when needed
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Swiss citizenship or C permit
- Good PC skills
- English language skills are an asset
