About Our Role
We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising professional to manage the logistics and installation of VM tools across our global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of Visual Merchandising strategies, ensuring effective delivery and stock management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of VM plans.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of retail and wholesale databases, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Conduct thorough analysis of Salesforce reports, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategic solutions.
- Build strong relationships with our Point of Sale teams, promoting VM best practices and standards.
- Deliver expert training sessions in Switzerland and abroad, empowering colleagues with exhibition design and display knowledge.
- Lead remote training and consultancy initiatives, utilizing digital tools to enhance colleague development.
Requirements
- CFC Polydesigner 3D or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in VM, including logistics, installation, and assembling displays yourself.
- Comfortable with regular travel, spending 50% of time in Switzerland and abroad.
- Strong attention to detail and planning skills.
- Thrives in an autonomous environment.
- B2-C1 Level in English - C1 or C2 in French.
