This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving growth and innovation in the structured lending space. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise, working on complex financial projects and collaborating with a talented team of professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support the structuring and execution of bespoke structured lending transactions for GWM and IB clients across the European market.
- Participate in conversations with clients to understand their objectives, risk tolerance, and expectations.
- Evaluate underlying risks, including marketability assessments of listed and unlisted assets, three-statement modeling, and deep understanding of complex family office structures.
- Work alongside senior team members to structure tailored solutions that satisfy client needs while matching the bank's risk appetite.
- Own workstreams across preparation of credit memos, profitability approximations, conflict clearance, and others.
- Partner with all relevant stakeholders to obtain approval of requested transactions.
- Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking/Finance, or working with sophisticated Wealth Management clients.
- Above-average degree in Finance, additional qualifications (CFA, CIIA, or similar) are a plus.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets, financial analysis, and credit/lending business.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.
- Methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience.
- Fluent in English, German or French an advantage.
