About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our Data Science and AI Practice in Western Europe. As a key member of our global data leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our practice across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of our Data Science and AI strategy in Western Europe
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients
  • Collaborate with our global data leadership team to drive innovation and best practices across the organization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Data Science and AI and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business results
  • Strong technical expertise in Data Science and AI, with a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through innovation and best practices
  • Fluent English speaker, with German also being a plus
