Quality Assurance Expert

Gi Group SA is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Basel. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to review and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and other quality-related documents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and Certificate of Analysis;
- Investigate deviations and out of specifications (OOS);
- Maintain, record, and process corrective and preventive measures (CAPAs);
- Act as a Quality Assurance point of contact for customers;
- Organize and manage customer audits and inspections;
- Apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements;
- Perform internal audits and provide support for GMP training.
Requirements:
- Scientific education (Master degree) in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or life sciences;
- Fluent in English and German;
- At least 7 years of experience in the analytical-pharmaceutical environment, preferably in Quality Assurance;
- Profound expertise in the regulatory framework in the GMP environment;
- Background in data integrity and computerized systems, risk assessment, and project support;
- Problem-solving skills and outstanding communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. If you have experience as an auditor, this is an asset.
