Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Nexthink, you will be responsible for building and managing a key new product that leverages data and AI to help our customers make better decisions. Your mission will be to research the market, interview customers, and come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customers' problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research the market and interview customers to find the best opportunities for Nexthink.
  • Come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customers' problems.
  • Work with the product designer to ensure that the solutions are usable, and with the engineers to ensure they are feasible.
  • Set the product strategy and roadmap that will generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, and Management.
  • Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for your product internally and externally.
  • Attend Agile ceremonies and manage product operations with the teams in charge.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Product Manager in a software company, ideally with a B2B product.
  • Proven ability to successfully launch a new product from scratch, including initial market research and positioning.
  • Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.
  • Proven ability to engage, communicate, and present to various stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven.
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written.
