Your Role

You will be part of our Synthetic Molecules Technical Development group, where you will leverage your technical expertise and collaboration skills to drive project forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Development: Develop and implement process development strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project forward, leveraging your technical expertise and collaboration skills.
  3. Quality and Regulatory: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards, maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.
What We're Looking For
  • A PhD or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a training emphasis in Organic Chemistry and at least 2 years of professional experience in chemical development or manufacturing as a project/plant chemist.
  • Enthusiasm for experimentation and technology, as well as a talent for solving procedural and organizational challenges.
  • Solid knowledge of operational requirements for laboratory processes for a safe and successful scale-up, convincing communication skills, and good language skills in German and English.
