HR System Administrator

As a Senior HR Analyst at ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SuccessFactors Platform in close collaboration with the IT HRIS Team.

• Serving as the system administrator for all SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, in close collaboration with the IT HRIS counterpart.
• Configuring, testing, training, and supporting recurring HR annual cycles, such as Annual Compensation Review and Performance Review, in close collaboration with the HR Clouds.
• Designing, creating, and managing reports and dashboards specific to the SAP SuccessFactors suite to support management in workforce analytics and compliance reporting.
• Monitoring and evaluating new functionalities and features of the semi-annual SuccessFactors releases and making recommendations on implementing features to enhance user experience and drive platform optimization.
• Providing day-to-day 2nd level systems support, troubleshooting data and system issues, to the HR Tech and wider HR Community, including partnering with 3rd party suppliers as needed.
• Identifying training needs and providing technical system training, including user training manuals, to the HR Tech Community and/or wider HR Community, and if needed, to end-users.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of hands-on system administration experience with SuccessFactors, including full systems configuration, release management, requirements gathering, testing, and end-user documentation and training.

You should also possess sound experience/knowledge around SuccessFactors EC and Recruiting implementation, EC integration with SF modules, other HRIS applications, and SF Analytics/SAP Analytics Cloud. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Hire – 2 – Retire lifecycle HR processes and required administration.

A strong analytical mindset, effective project management skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel are essential. You must also have a solid understanding of data security practices and applicable laws, as well as a systems thinking mindset with a strong bias towards User Experience.

Experience working with vendors and 3rd party solutions, strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and proactively with limited guidance are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
