Your Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure on-time project delivery and premium client services. This includes anticipating project needs and/or pitfalls, discerning priorities, and meeting deadlines with little supervision.

  1. Client relationship management and follow-up
  2. Development of project plans
  3. Management of operational staff (hostess, installers, cameraman, stage managers)
  4. Transportation budget creation
  5. Transportation booking and coordination
  6. Logistics: planning and routes optimization
  7. Effective use of CRM
  8. Tracking of events' progress
  9. Risk management
  10. Management reporting

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  3. Highly organized with great attention to detail
  4. Flexibility and ability to handle pressure
  5. Self-starter and highly motivated by personal and team success
  6. Fluent in French, English, and German
