Bucherer, Europe's leading brand for high-value watches and jewelry, is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join its team. As a Test Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage complex testing projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
  • Design and review testing concepts and strategies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the testing process and implement effective testing solutions.
  • Monitor testing and evaluate test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct customer workshops to define requirements and establish testing processes.
  • Prepare and present test results to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to testing teams, including coaching on test methodology.
  • Ensure software testing is conducted to ensure the required functionality of customizations has been implemented without errors.
  • Integrate testing results into the existing environment and ensure full documentation.

Your Skills

  • Degree or education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
  • More than 5 years of experience in software testing and test management, preferably in D365/AX or ERP projects.
  • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate.
  • Knowledge of creating test cases and test automation software.
  • RSAT knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, MS Azure, and MS D365 F&O is an advantage.
  • High degree of resilience, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness.
  • Open-minded personality with strong problem-solving perspective and skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and appropriately in German and have very good knowledge of English.
