About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Global CAPEX Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication to drive project success.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of company assets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Project Management within an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
