Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals. Your primary focus will be on shaping the pre-seed startup product and taking on various marketing tasks to drive brand awareness and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that positions our software as a leader in the PropTech industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, Marketing, Sales, Product, and UXR, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Design and implement creative visuals, including graphics, videos, and social media content, to engage with our target audience.
  • Manage campaigns for product releases, including webinars and on-site events, to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Research and identify new marketing channels to expand our reach and drive demand generation.
  • Optimize marketing content for search engines (SEO) to drive traffic and awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze key product marketing metrics to refine our strategies and improve performance.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing with a focus on Tech (SaaS) and Climate/PropTech.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to contribute individually and in teams.
  • Graphical skills (Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and similar tools) to create PR and marketing visuals.
  • SEO skills.
