Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive our innovation efforts as the Chief Technology Strategy Officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for advancing our carbon capture and storage initiatives, leveraging state-of-the-art tools and technologies to boost our project management game. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, create action plans, and drive projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Assessing market trends for strategic insights and identifying opportunities for growth
- Cultivating external networks to enhance our reputation and influence stakeholders
- Developing new products and solutions through innovative problem-solving
- Leveraging program management methodologies and latest innovation practices and tools
- Making informed decisions and delivering compelling presentations to senior management and external stakeholders
Requirements
- A Master's degree in business administration, innovation management, or a related field
- An engineering background in natural sciences is highly desirable
- 3+ years of success in innovation-facing roles or scientific project management, preferably in industrial environments
- Possession of exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Fluency in English and German

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes an estimate of costs associated with domestic and international travel.
Location
This position is based in Egerkingen, Switzerland.
