We have an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to join our team as a Specialist Onboarding Compliance. Our client is a Private Bank in Zurich, seeking a compliance expert to ensure full adherence to relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the controls and procedures are adequate, controlling internal policies and procedures, providing guidance and support related to client onboarding, and monitoring clients' risks and interests. Additionally, they will challenge KYC information provided by the business, perform checks via internal and external sources, and ensure follow-up within the onboarding processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- University Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, or business administration.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Compliance, AML, or KYC specialist in Private Banking.
- Risk Management and Controls: A solid understanding of risk management and controls, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and lead projects.
