About the Role

Aiglon College seeks a Risk and Compliance Coordinator to support the Director of Compliance and the COO/CFO in maintaining a robust risk management and compliance system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the elaboration, maintenance, and improvement of the risk management system.
  • Work with risk owners to develop, maintain, and regularly review the risk register and implement mitigation measures.
  • Produce a risk dashboard and analytical reports for various audiences.
  • Organise and/or perform internal audits and training.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support the work of the School's Security, Health & Safety Committee, and ensure coordination with risk management processes.
  • Undertake other tasks reasonably assigned by the Director of Compliance.
  • Comply with the School's policies and procedures, particularly those relating to safeguarding children and young people.
