We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Credit Analysis Division in Geneva. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing the financials of assigned clients active in Commodity Trading, assessing credit risks, and providing recommendations to internal authorities.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a bank operating in Commodity Trade Finance business. You will work closely with our Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate analysis of client financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' portfolios and assess credit worthiness of counterparties.
- Perform in-depth assessment of credit risks and provide recommendations to internal authorities.
- Maintain updated documentation of all credit facilities and perform regular reviews of clients' financial performance.
- Apply and update internal credit ratings to debtor files.
- Participate in Credit Committee meetings to present credit analysis write-ups and contribute to decision-making processes.
- University degree in Economics or Finance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Commodity Trade Finance activities and instruments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
- Proficient computer skills with excellent command of MS Office applications.
- Swiss national or valid Swiss working permit.
Our offices are located in Geneva, Switzerland. We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 80,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience. The activity rate is 100%, and the starting date will be defined upon selection.
