Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG is a renowned Swiss food concept, founded in 2004 and offering an authentic Asian street food experience. The restaurant in Uster features over 120 indoor seats and more than 70 outdoor seating areas, catering to regular customers, business guests, and groups alike.

The team at Nooch Asian Kitchen handles on-site dining, take-away, and delivery orders. To strengthen our cohesive unit, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member - Wok Expert.

As a Wok Chef (a) 100%, your responsibilities will include:
  • Mise en Place for lunch and dinner service to ensure seamless operations
  • Preparing wok dishes independently, utilizing your expertise to craft menu items
  • Maintaining the freshness standards of our offerings by being a quality expert
  • Contributing to general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment
  • Adhering to the HACCP hygiene concept to guarantee top-notch cleanliness

You will be working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development. Key qualifications for this position include:
  • At least 2 years of experience with a gas wok; you possess the skills to excel in wok cooking
  • Proficiency in German or English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring efficient and precise work practices
  • Ability to motivate yourself and contribute to a collaborative team effort
  • An understanding of ingredient quality and freshness
