Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management and HR Professional to join our team at BBR Network. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial management and human resources support to our company.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role encompasses two main areas: Financial Management and Human Resources. Financial Management:

  • Provide day-to-day financial accounting services, including accounts receivable and payables, payment runs, bank account reconciliations, and intercompany bookings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, preparation of financial statements, and compliance with Swiss GAAP OR and IFRS standards.
  • Coordinate fiscal reporting activities, prepare Swiss VAT returns, and assist with annual group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.

Human Resources:

  • Supervise and coordinate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee health care coverage and benefit plans, ensuring seamless administration and employee satisfaction.
  • Support the CEO with Company HR matters, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic commercial training with EFZ and three to five years of professional experience in finance and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, employees, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of accounting systems (ABACUS preferred).
  • Familiarity with IFRS accounting practices and Swiss GAAP OR standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Discrete and confidential handling of Company matters, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
