Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance the work preparation and production control division
  • Conduct training and skill development for team members
  • Streamline processes, workflows, and manufacturing techniques

  • Plan and document workflows, equipment usage, and time management metrics
  • Assess and determine required capacities for operations
Qualifications:
  • Educational background in technical or manufacturing fields
