We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Italian Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence at FUSIO Olten. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced chef to take charge of menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas that showcase modern Italian cuisine with a focus on premium ingredients.
  • Lead a team of 5-7 chefs in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Monitor key metrics such as food and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to evolve our culinary offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
Your Profile
  • A deep passion for Italian cuisine and a flair for modern interpretations.
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar role, preferably in Italian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of food cost management, inventory control, and team leadership.
  • A meticulous approach to quality with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
  • Flexibility, motivation, and the ability to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Native Italian background required to authentically represent our Italian culinary philosophy.
