Metabolic Disease Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Metabolic Disease Analyst to join our team at Abraxas Informatik AG. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for re-evaluating a number of new diseases using multi-omics analysis.

Your primary focus will be on putting patient-derived fibroblasts into culture and preparing them for measurement by state-of-the-art genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic methods.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field, or have completed education as a lab technician.

  • As a Metabolic Disease Analyst, you will also contribute to the development of novel diagnostic methods and treatments for life-threatening diseases.
