Key Responsibilities- Participate in automation projects within a team of experts, contributing to the development of automation specifications for equipment.
- Define and document automation specifications, ensuring compliance with cGMP principles and GAMP 5 guidelines.
- Write and execute software tests, verifying the functionality and reliability of automated systems.
- Manage punch lists during the testing phase of the design, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) principles to ensure the quality and integrity of automated systems.
- Define, execute, and document qualification tests, ensuring that automated systems meet regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) of DeltaV automated systems.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and GMP EU Annex 11.
- High technical understanding of systems and processes supported.
- Efficient communication in a complex environment with many interfaces.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with very good networked thinking.
- Independent and precise work, characterized by a high degree of responsibility and service orientation.
- English level B2 or higher.
