Synthetic Chemist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician R&D to join our dynamic team at Siegfried.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for executing synthetic chemistry tasks, including the preparation of intermediate and active pharmaceutical ingredients, as well as excipients.

• Execute laboratory tasks in support of project development, production, and new supplier qualifications.
• Develop and document laboratory procedures, results, and conclusions in a rigorous and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with other departments, including analytical and production, to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to Siegfried's HSE and quality procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• A degree in chemistry (CFC) or a related field.
• Experience in organic synthesis and synthetic chemistry.
• Proficiency in standard office software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as laboratory software.
• Proficiency in French, with English language skills a plus.

What We Do in Evionnaz

Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories, and logistics to quality assurance, administration, and more.
