Job Description:The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supervising and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a bilingual team (English and Spanish).
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pick-and-pack operations, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards.
- Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance.
- Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Work effectively in a cold storage environment, while training team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines.
