Senior Finance Director
About the Role:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Present findings to senior management.
- Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage the group budget. Monitor budget adherence and suggest corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in financial reporting, accounting functions, and other areas.
- Financial Controls: Establish, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by applying company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as Swiss CPA or ACCA are advantageous.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Business Controller or similar role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English. German is an asset.
- Technology: Proficiency in SAP R/3 or S/4.
