About This JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned treasury professional to take on a leadership role as a Head Treasury Operations at Partners Group AG. In this key position, you will lead the treasury operations team and contribute to the successful delivery of our corporate treasury services.
- Drive the growth and development of the 5-member treasury operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Cash Management: Develop and implement effective cash management strategies, including monitoring cash positions, forecasting short-term cash flows, and maintaining liquidity across entities.
- Loans Management: Manage IC loans and platform-directed loans, ensuring efficient execution and up-to-date loan documentation.
- FX and Rates Management: Identify and manage foreign exchange exposures on the corporate balance sheets.
- Payment Infrastructure Management: Establish and maintain efficient payment systems, ensuring seamless transactions and optimal costs.
- Treasury Management Systems: Optimize core treasury systems (SAP TRM, WSS, TIP, TIS) for performance and evolving business needs.
