  • Demand Forecasting & Sales Planning:
    • Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand planning with business goals.
    • Track customer demand fluctuations and adjust forecasts dynamically.
    • Enhance planning processes and tools by optimizing Excel-based workflows.
    • Provide scenario planning for different demand and supply conditions to minimize risks.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
    • Optimize inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
    • Analyze inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with procurement and operations teams to synchronize supply and demand.
    • Implement inventory best practices (EOQ, Just-in-Time, safety stock calculations).
    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks proactively.
  • Financial Analysis & Profitability Management:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Share financial and demand planning insights to set sales targets and budgets.
    • Collaborate with finance to develop financial models integrating demand planning with profitability goals.
    • Partner with procurement and logistics teams to ensure efficient supply chain management.
