You will be responsible for overseeing the team's strategic direction, creating and maintaining relevant working processes, and fostering a collaborative and quality-focused team culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
An ideal candidate should have:
- Tertiary education in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or other relevant fields.
- 15+ years of industry experience, including 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong SCADA knowledge.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
