Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of SoC development, from design and testing to volume production. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing methodologies for efficient and effective SoC design, including analog, RF, digital, and software integration
- Implementing and maintaining robust design and testing processes in coordination with quality teams
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, including EDA & DevOps, digital physical design, and custom layout
- Defining and managing the IP roadmap, resources, and platforms for diverse product lines
- Coordinating project schedules across competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members to meet the challenges of a competitive industry

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in SoC and mixed-signal design, with at least 10 years of experience and 5+ years in leadership roles. Key qualifications include:

- Deep expertise in mixed-signal/RF SoC development and industrialization, with a successful track record in volume production
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software project management, including Agile methodologies. Project management certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with automotive core tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP/PPAP) and Zero Defect Strategies is highly valued
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is a plus
