Agricultural Brand Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Ecorobotix SA, a leading provider of innovative agricultural solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth and market differentiation in the agricultural technology sector.
About the Role:
- Develop, implement, and monitor brand strategies for existing and new products, ensuring alignment with our company's overall vision and mission.
- Define product naming, logos, and visual identity in line with our brand identity and trademark strategy, overseeing the creation of supporting documentation and content.
- Maintain and secure our trademarks' protection, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Update, maintain, and internally promote our corporate brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Lead the brand positioning strategy to differentiate Ecorobotix in the agricultural technology market, ensuring a strong, unique value proposition.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth, informing strategic decisions and campaign development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that reinforce brand identity and increase awareness in the B2B sector.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including sales, product management, and customer service teams.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (trademark lawyers, etc.), fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor brand performance, track brand perception, and provide regular reports to management on brand health and market positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant technological advancements in the agricultural technology sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a brand management or similar role, preferably in B2B hardware & software product marketing within the agriculture or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing brands, demonstrating expertise in brand positioning, market differentiation, and value proposition development.
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis, with experience using tools like Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Project management experience in executing marketing and branding campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on digital content strategies and collaboration with designers and copywriters.
- Familiarity with creating and managing digital content strategies, including work with designers and copywriters, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is required, with French, Spanish, or German language skills being a plus.
