Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the implementation and maintenance of our inclusive, high-performance player-learner culture. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Culture, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the rollout of the Smile Movement, our global fundraising initiative in support of the Straumann Group Foundation. This program encourages all employees to contribute to the Foundation by participating in sports.
  • Drive the refresh and rollout of the Global Culture programs, including: Culture Onboarding, Player Learner, I&We, and Choose Inclusion.
  • Provide execution support for the global leadership meeting, including participant communications, SharePoint management, and related administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of culture initiatives to support our global action plans for weEngage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; open to considering individuals seeking developmental experience or those returning from a sabbatical or career break.
  • Experience in Learning and Development preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in event organization advantageous.
  • Digital literacy is a must, as you will need to navigate various digital platforms to facilitate smooth program execution.
  • Strong self-starter with a proactive attitude and a drive to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional ability to work collaboratively and influence others to drive results.
  • Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a focus on high-level objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Crisis Resistance: Capable of managing high-pressure situations effectively while maintaining focus and composure.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Experience in working with senior leaders; managing expectations and aligning project objectives.
  • Ability to Work with Ambiguous Targets: Comfortable in environments where project goals or outcomes are not fully defined and able to clarify and set clear expectations.
  • Regional or Global Scope: Experience in managing global initiatives with a broad reach.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to inspire others.

Employment Details:

Contract employment type. Switzerland: Basel alternative locations. Travel percentage: 0 - 10%.
