The Wyss Center for Bio and Neuroengineering seeks a seasoned Law and Compliance Officer to ensure that all our projects are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaison with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
- Agreement Review and Assessment: Review and assess various agreements related to clinical trials, including but not limited to clinical trial agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Support: Provide legal support on non-clinical trial matters, including the development of legal presentations, implementation of IT tools, and addressing intellectual property issues.
- Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts such as confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements, material transfer agreements, and contract amendments.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Law degree with 5-7 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting, fluency in both English and French (C1 level), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
