Compliance Manager and Head of Management Systems

Karl Bubenhofer AG, a prominent producer of construction materials including paints, plasters, and industrial coatings, is seeking a reliable and economically savvy professional to join our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality management framework and develop integrated management systems.
  • Establish and supervise a comprehensive Compliance Management System across the organization.
  • Assist in the creation and ongoing monitoring of non-financial reporting frameworks.
  • Facilitate the development of both internal and external sustainability management systems.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes and guidelines for continuous improvement.
  • Provide training to staff, establish operational processes, and ensure adherence to both internal and external standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, and assess the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
  • Identify and evaluate risks associated with management systems and compliance, implementing strategies for risk management.
  • Advise process owners and management on pertinent compliance issues.
  • Prepare annual reports for management and the board of directors.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in management systems, particularly ISO 9001, or in Compliance roles.
  • Dependable, solution-focused, resilient, assertive, and trustworthy individual.
  • Strong commitment to quality and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in IT skills, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in SAP and data analysis being a plus.
