Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team at HUBER+SUHNER. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for supporting and processing assigned complaints, implementing and coordinating QVP/APQP tasks for R+D projects, and conducting audits at H+S locations and at suppliers abroad.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support and process assigned complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Implement and coordinate QVP/APQP tasks for R+D projects, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Conduct audits at H+S locations and at suppliers abroad, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Coordinate and participate in improvement projects, driving process excellence and customer satisfaction
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a technical background and a strong understanding of complex products and systems. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a quality function, with a proven track record of dealing with customers and suppliers. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
