The Undergraduate School Recruitment & Marketing department plays a crucial role in attracting and engaging prospective students globally for EHL's undergraduate programs. This includes developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, organizing recruitment events, and ensuring a strong brand presence.

We are seeking an experienced Student Recruitment Advisor to join our team in the Middle-East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a diverse range of activities designed to drive international student growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend fairs and other recruitment activities targeting students and investigating further education options.
  • Lead follow-up, nurturing, and event organization in assigned territories for high school students, counselors, and parents.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops.
  • Manage current and develop new relationships with potential feeder schools, raising EHL brand awareness.
  • Participate in recruitment events when and where appropriate.
  • Prepare and communicate adequate reporting to other departments.
  • Meet key stakeholders in the market to attract new applications and manage budget efficiently to increase ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience in student recruitment or relevant field.
  • At ease with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a student recruitment position.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Autonomous and at ease in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
