Beschreibung der Position

Als IT-Spezialist/in im Team von SPITEX BASEL unterstützen Sie die Mitarbeitenden bei der Lösung von IT-Problemen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Vorbereitung und Administration von mobilen Clients sowie Endgeräten (Thin Clients, Laptops, Smartphones). Sie sind regelmäßig in unseren Zentren vor Ort und stellen sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter störungsfrei arbeiten können.

Sie arbeiten bei spannenden Projekten mit und führen IT-Schulungen für Mitarbeitende durch. Darüber hinaus betreuen Sie Praktikanten und Lehrlinge und sorgen für eine sichere IT-Umgebung. Als Teamplayer schätzen Sie den aktiven Austausch und sind bereit, Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
