Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and migrate enterprise-grade IT infrastructures and solutions for clients in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Operate distributed/multi-cloud, highly available, and highly secured IT environments, enforcing best practices and applicable standards.
  • Participate in challenging IT projects involving the latest technologies and complex scenarios.
  • Manage large Microsoft infrastructures in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based scenarios.
  • Implement key infrastructure solutions, including backup, XDR, antispam, monitoring, SIEM, and SOAR.
  • Design and implement virtualization and server-based computing solutions.
  • Develop and implement enterprise networks, including LAN/WAN, wired/wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, and reverse-proxying.
  • Deploy and automate solutions using InTune/MECM, PowerShell scripting, and other tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor, Master, or Engineering degree in an IT-relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in operating and implementing production infrastructures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement complex solutions end-to-end.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in French and English.
  • Legally eligible to work in Switzerland.
