Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new network solutions, improving the efficiency of current networks.
- Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problems, and schedule updates and upgrades.
- Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
- Collaborate with network architects on network optimization and support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
Requirements
- A master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, and at least 10 years of experience in network engineering.
- Proven experience as a Network Architect or similar role in a large organization.
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols and network hardware and software, with particular expertise in Cisco technologies, Clearpass, Fortinet, Akamai, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Ansible, Terraform, Linux, and scripting languages.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English.
