Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at headcount AG. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the construction process for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Oversee and provide direction to the Construction Management firm, General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Act as the liaison between engineering, architects, and suppliers.
- Manage resources, scope, planning work schedules, and construction phasing and sequencing.
- Monitor building progress and costs, ensuring project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure high standards in deliveries and workmanship by conducting regular quality checks.
- Maintain and promote a safe site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Support technical discussions, manage changes, and propose construction methods that align with project goals.
- Minimum of 10 years in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Strong communication skills, proven project management experience, ability to manage and coordinate large teams and complex projects.
