The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at the Bern Temple Site in Zollikofen. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Main Objectives:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by offering tailored solutions and expert advice.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to refine your sales skills and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • A High School Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills preferred.
  • Availability to work scheduled hours from Tuesday to Saturday, including bank holidays.
  • Proficiency in at least two languages: German, French, English, and Italian, with a willingness to learn additional languages.
  • Swiss residency is required.
