Software Development Engineer in Test

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET to join our team at Galenica AG. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using WinAppDriver, Selenium, Appium, or other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with developers to review unit test results and ensure effective automation coverage
  • Perform manual exploratory testing to identify and report defects
  • Develop and maintain test automation pipelines for continuous testing and integration
  • Document testing procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or automation testing
  • Experience with C# and Agile software development methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
