Summer Camp Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Summer Camp Coach to join our team at Ecolint. As a Summer Camp Coach, you will be responsible for developing and delivering dynamic and engaging programmes for children aged 3-6 years old.

• Work with the Camp Director and other coaching staff to design and deliver a one-week programme of activities that promote learning and fun for participants.
• Prepare activity plans tailored to the age group and needs of the children.
• Lead activities in a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children at all times.
• Supervise a group of up to 16 children during activities, including arrival and departure procedures, mealtimes, and free time activities.

• Experience working with children and young people, ideally in a school or holiday camp setting.
• Personable, kind, and caring disposition, with the ability to transmit passion and knowledge to young people.
• Recognized qualifications in related fields, such as a Swiss diploma in petite enfance or a BAFA with successful experience working with 5-6 year olds.
• Fluent in French or English, with a good working knowledge of the other language.
