About the Role:
Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment? As an Operations Assistant at Ofri Internet GmbH, you will play a key role in supporting our team with administrative and operational tasks. You'll assist with special projects, keep our internal systems up to date, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a part-time (50%) fully-remote role, perfect for a working student who wants to gain valuable experience and needs a flexible time schedule. We welcome motivated individuals who are comfortable with technology and tools like Slack, Zapier, Teams, Google Suite, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing virtual meetings, including call preparation, note-taking, and task follow-up items for all team members.
  • Manage digital communication tools (e.g., setup accounts for Slack, Google Workspace, etc., for team members).
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and update internal systems such as CRM and project management tools.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (we're open to various fields of study).
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level or native); proficiency in French (C1 level or native). Must be a native speaker in either German or French.
  • Must be based in Switzerland.
  • Comfortable with technology and tools like Slack, Zapier, Teams, Google Suite, and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Approximately 20 hours per week with flexible working hours.
  • 100% remote position with the possibility of working from anywhere in Switzerland.
