Resource Group - Recruitment is looking for an Airworthiness Engineer to work in Switzerland. This is a critical role that requires expertise in ensuring aircraft airworthiness and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement certification plans for aircraft and components.
  2. Verify compliance with EASA regulations and maintain relevant documentation.
  3. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  4. Provide technical guidance on certification requirements during design and maintenance phases.
  5. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and certification.
  • Deep understanding of EASA regulations and certification processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in English, with German or French a plus.
